The Butler Bulldogs (11-9, 5-3) look to complete the sweep of Chicago on Saturday afternoon when they face the Loyola-Chicago Ramblers (5-13, 0-8).
After beating Illinois-Chicago on Thursday, Butler remains in Chicago looking for their third-straight Horizon League win. The Bulldogs will play the second game of a four-game stretch on the road which ends next week with games at UW-Milwaukee and UW-Green Bay and will likely determine their fate in league play.
Butler continues struggling to shoot the ball but they have found a winning formula by working their way to the free throw line and showing some toughness in rebounding the ball and playing defense. Center Andrew Smith leads the Bulldogs with 10.5 points and 5.4 rebounds per game.
Loyola-Chicago is struggling at the bottom of the Horizon League as they search for their first league win against Butler. Junior forward Ben Averkamp leads the Ramblers with 14.3 points and seven rebounds per game with senior forward Walt Gibler adding 14.1 points per game.
The game tips at 2:00 p.m. ET and will be televised in Indianapolis on WNDY-TV.
