SPEEDWAY, Ind. (WISH) - The Butler Bulldogs mascots, instead of the IndyCar drivers, were the main attraction in the Indianapolis Motor Speedway garages Tuesday morning.
Blue Two and little brother Tripp were riding with class, joining Butler grad and IndyCar driver Ed Carpenter in his garage. It was quite the photo opportunity for fans looking to see the pups. Carpenter says it is an honor to host the bulldogs.

"I'm proud to be a graduate from Butler in 2003, and anytime you can be involved with the university and get them out here," said Carpenter. "It's fun. I think the guys on the team enjoy it and obviously by the amount of people walking up, the crowd and the media enjoy it too."
The pups had their traditional Butler jerseys on until they had a quick makeover, changing into black Ed Carpenter Racing jerseys. The thirsty bulldogs are handling the May heat like everyone else at the track â" by staying hydrated.
