Northwestern, Notre Dame and DePaul play on Saturday, while the Illini are idle this weekend.

Jan 13, 2012 - There is a busy weekend in local NCAA basketball in Chicago, as the Northwestern Wildcats, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and Depaul Blue Demons play on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Illinois Fighting Illini (15-3, 4-1) are idle until Thursday 19th coming off their upset win over Jared Sullinger and the No. 5 Ohio State Buckeyes. Here is a quick look at the upcoming games.

The Northwestern Wildcats (11-5, 1-3) look to get back on track in conference play after consecutive losses against the Illini and the No. 13 Michigan Wolverines when they host the No. 7 Michigan State Spartans on Saturday.
