In the third quarter of Game 3 between the Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat, LeBron James and Danny Granger got into a little confrontation again, similar to their face-to-face in Game 2.
When James went for a loose ball, Granger grabbed his jersey from behind, preventing James an easy bucket. Granger held on to James' jersey a little longer than necessary, but it was a harmless foul. James reacted by flailing his left elbow in Granger's direction. James' elbow came nowhere close to striking Granger, but Granger still took exception to the risk of the matter and let James know about it. Granger was given a technical foul and James was rewarded with a free throw.
James missed that free throw. Enter Lance Stephenson from the bench (0:26-0:28):
It doesn't quite have the same effect as, say, a star like Reggie Miller doing it, but kind of funny nonetheless.
